Answer
Yes. On the Analytics page, tick two or more accounts from the same network to unlock a combined group report. For a single account, use the single view link for the detailed report.
Answer
Usually one of three reasons: the account was connected recently and has not synced yet, there are no posts in the selected date range, or the account type does not support that network insights API (personal profiles typically share less than page or business accounts).
Answer
The Dashboard shows monthly post volume, the last seven days trend, your success rate, and the status split — published, failed, drafts and processing — on one screen. It also lists your most-used campaigns and labels.
Answer
Yearly plans cost less than twelve monthly payments, and your credit allowance is granted for the whole year at once — giving you more room in busy months. Toggle monthly and yearly on the Packages page to compare.
Answer
Yes. Pick the plan you want on the Packages page and continue to checkout. When downgrading, make sure your current channel count, team size and storage use fit within the new plan limits.
Answer
The Billing page shows your active plan, subscription status, credit coverage and recent payment activity. Invoice documents live on the Invoices page.
Answer
No. Your posts, caption library and files stay in your account. Publishing and AI features are restricted until the plan renews. Track your expiry date on the plan card in the sidebar and on the Billing page.
Answer
The most common causes:
• The channel connection dropped — use Reconnect on the Channels page to renew authorization.
• The media does not meet the platform format or size rules.
• The caption exceeds the platform character limit.
• The network had a temporary outage.
• The account type does not support that content format (some accounts cannot publish video).
Reconnect the channel and fix the media, then edit the post and reschedule it.
Answer
Check your timezone on the Profile page first — it is the most common cause. Then look at the post status: Waiting approve means it is held for sign-off, Pending means its turn has not come. Also check whether the channel is paused.
Answer
Make sure the video length, aspect ratio and file size meet the platform current rules. Your Instagram account also needs to be a business or creator account linked to a Facebook page — personal profiles do not support video publishing from third-party tools.
Answer
TikTok delivers some third-party content as an in-app draft rather than publishing it directly. When that happens, open the TikTok app, review the draft and publish it there. This is TikTok own rule.
Answer
Check the usage log on the Credits page; every action is listed with the balance before and after. If credits were deducted but you got no output, note the timestamp and open a support ticket.
