Answer

No. Bulk upload, RSS, AI Publishing and API access unlock on higher plans. Check the feature list on the Packages page to see which modules your plan includes.

Answer

On the Files page you can create folders, filter files by type, and select several files for bulk deletion. Each file offers download and image-editing options. The summary at the top shows total storage use and your image-to-video split.

Answer

New uploads are blocked and AI-generated images cannot be saved. Free up space by deleting large unused files — videos especially — or move to a plan with more storage. Track remaining space on the Dashboard storage card.

Answer

Yes, with the built-in editor. Use the edit option on any file in the Files page to crop, resize, rotate and apply filters.

Answer

Search Media Online searches Unsplash, Pexels (photo and video) and Pixabay (photo and video), and imports what you pick straight into your library. Check each source licence terms before publishing.

Answer

Yes, on the Watermark page. Choose an image or text watermark, set its position, and adjust size and transparency. Apply one setting across all accounts, or configure a different watermark per channel. The live preview shows the result before you save.

Answer

Create an invite from the Teams page. Invites are shared as a code or link, tracked with an expiry date, and can be revoked before they are redeemed. Manage pending invites from the same page.

Answer

Yes. The enabled modules section on the Teams page decides which modules the workspace exposes: Publishing, Channels, Analytics, Bulk posts, AI publishing, Automation API, Campaign Wizard, Competitor Watch, Trend Finder and team chat. Modules you switch off do not appear in members menus.

Answer

Posts needing sign-off sit in Waiting approve and collect under the Approvals tab on the Teams page. Nothing publishes until an authorized member approves it. Useful for agency client review and for brand control in in-house teams. A post awaiting approval will not publish if it is not approved by its scheduled time; check the approvals list regularly during busy periods.

Answer

Team size depends on your plan and increases from Starter through to Agency. Check your current allowance in the feature list on the Packages page.

Answer

No. Channels are connected via authorization (OAuth); your passwords are never stored in Postinpro and never shared with team members. Members can only prepare posts for the channels you open to them.

Answer
