Supported account types

LinkedInProfile and Company Page
TikTokProfile
YouTubeChannel
TelegramChannel and Group

Steps

  1. Open the Channels page.
  2. Click Add channels in the top right.
  3. Pick the platform from the list.
  4. Sign in on the window that opens and approve the requested permissions.
  5. If you administer several pages, choose which ones to add.

Once done, the channel appears in your list with an ACTIVE tag.

For Meta accounts: Connect Instagram and Facebook through the Facebook account that administers the page. On the Instagram side, a business or creator account is required.
Channel statuses and reconnectingWhat Active, Paused and Disconnected mean
StatusMeaningWhat to do
ActiveReady to publish
PausedYou paused it; nothing publishesActions > Activate
DisconnectedAuthorization expired or was revokedReconnect

Reconnecting

Click Reconnect on the channel card and complete the authorization flow again. Posts scheduled to that channel don't publish while the connection is down.

After reconnecting: Check Publishing > Queue for pending and failed posts — you may need to reschedule anything that was missed.

Why connections drop

  • The platform expires access tokens on a schedule
  • The account password changed
  • App permission was revoked on the platform
  • Your page admin role changed

Filters

The Filters menu on the Channels page narrows by status (All, Active, Paused, Disconnected) and platform type. Sort changes the ordering.

Bulk actions

Tick the checkboxes next to channels and open the Actions menu:

  • Activate — Brings the selection back online.
  • Pause — Stops publishing temporarily; data is preserved.
  • Delete — Removes the channel from your workspace.
Before deleting: Removing a channel also invalidates pending posts scheduled to it. For temporary needs, pause instead of deleting.

Counters at the top

Total, Active, Paused and channels added in the last 30 days are summarized above the list.

Creating groupsSaving the channel sets you use often

Groups collect the channels you publish to together under one name, so you select a group instead of ticking the same five accounts every time.

Creating a group

  1. Open the Groups page.
  2. Click Create group.
  3. Enter a name and description — "Client A", "Regional branches".
  4. Tick the channels to include.
  5. Save.

Where groups work

  • Selecting channels in the composer
  • Bulk Posts imports
  • RSS Schedules targeting
  • AI Publishing runs

The group list shows each group's status and channel count; groups can be edited or deleted.

Managing your channel limitPlan limits and freeing up slots

How many channels you can connect depends on your plan. Track usage in two places:

  • The Channel limit card on the Dashboard
  • The Total counter at the top of the Channels page

When you hit the limit

  1. Delete channels you no longer use — especially client accounts you've stopped managing.
  2. Or move to a higher plan from Packages.
Note: Paused channels still count towards your limit. Only deleting frees a slot.
